Gourmet Restaurant A fine hotel restaurant where chef Fabrice Bigolet brings to life a well-personalized tradition in this wise, neo-rustic setting: escargots à la bourguignonne, foie gras lacquered with honey, rhubarb and hazelnut shortbread, trout and coppa burger with red bell pepper sauce, coq au vin, chocolate soufflé with exotic fruits in a good card menu at €43 that leaves choice and initiative open. A wine cellar representing the whole of Burgundy.
