Gourmet Restaurant Under the guidance of Marcel Ravin, chef of Monaco's Blue Bay (three toques), the kitchens of Le Grand Réfectoire are taking on a new ambition, worthy of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu. The exceptional premises offer the opportunity to discover a market table of the highest calibre, combining Lyon's terroir with the chef's West Indian inspirations, well implemented by Anthony Clorennec and Corinne Bec. Highlights include pork belly, pumpkin and chestnut, tamarind and coconut vinaigrette; the signature dish of egg with truffle, manioc and maracuja; beef cheek with spiced rum, gnocchi with sage butter, chanterelles and pecorino; and millefeuille with condensed milk, spiced figs and raspberry coulis. A pleasant cellar, with a good Rhodanian dominance.
