Right next to the river, the Grand Hôtel-Dieu has been remarkably refurbished to house this Grand Réfectoire, which is quite simply a fine dining experience. In this impressive setting, the menu imagined and designed by Marcel Ravin (Blue Bay in Monte-Carlo 16/20) meets expectations, relatively simple but original enough to seduce, in a good €39 menu: pumpkin tart with picodon, tartufata and herbaceous quinoa, spiced duckling and sweet potato gratin dauphinois, pear banana caramel coconut milk and maracuja crunch.
