We've known it to be a little more dashing, this brasserie, the closest to the river, ready to take on the Mediterranean. Nevertheless, there are still some good fundamentals in the kitchen, providing a decent choice for tourists passing through, with a menu that doesn't change too much to ensure continuity: fish soup à la marseillaise, eggplant caviar, veal escalope Milanese and risotto carnaroli, fisherman's bouillabaisse-style marmite. Signature dishes include lamb shoulder couscous and Dombes poultry tajine.
