Chef's Restaurant Simone Zanoni's delicate cuisine is a well-deserved success. Over the years, she has expanded her field of action, moving beyond the Italian framework towards more broadly Mediterranean flavors, with the same quality of execution: lemon-marinated yellowtail crudo, wood-fired octopus, kalamata and tomato confit, calamari risotto and bell pepper coulis champagne, 36 h cabri peas and lemon, crispy pig pistachio and mustard treviso. The space is elegant, the service worthy of the Four Seasons, with just the right amount of pomp and circumstance, an indulgent limoncello baba and an expensive wine list.
