Gault&Millau's review 2026

A classic in the George V district that has little reason to renew itself and offers a cuisine of its time, without great risk but effective: pan-fried chanterelle mushrooms in parsley poached egg, semi-cooked foie gras with fig and walnut paste, veal quasi oyster mushrooms, ribeye steak bordelaise, strawberry pavlova with vanilla ice cream.
