Gourmet Restaurant Opposite the station, travelers can discover Pascal Buguet's simple, fair cuisine. The classicism is evident in the dishes: the perfectly textured egg meurette with its creamy sauce makes you ask for more bread so you don't miss a drop. Duck in pot-au-feu, Aveyron veal or roast cod with Etrez butter take pride of place on the gourmet menu. For dessert, the wine-poached prunes are a taste of the region. A warm welcome from Chantal Buguet, and a well-stocked Beaujolais cellar.
