Chef's Restaurant A wise and constant house not far from the Mériadeck center, offering traditional gastronomic cuisine by Samuel Zuccolotto. The chef defends a rather bourgeois experience, with a harmonious setting, parquet flooring, well-ironed white tablecloths, subdued lighting and pretty crockery, seeing off well-dressed classics: langoustine ravioli, pommes vitelottes and pistachio voile, a duo of veal sweetbreads and langoustine ravioli, Louis Lospital's house rack of pork, celery confit with coarse salt, nashi pear with kalamansi vinegar and honey sauce, Landes gariguette strawberries, mascarpone ganache and génépi. Formulas at €60 and €80.
