Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located in the dynamic Mériadeck district, the FirstName Bordeaux - part of the JdV by Hyatt collection - stands out for its warm atmosphere and contemporary design. And with good reason. Conceived as a guest house, this lifestyle hotel boasts 137 eco-designed rooms and suites, some with saunas or Jacuzzis. Chef Cédric Béchade is responsible for Bada's menu, with resolutely locavore dishes that sublimate Bordeaux traditions. A musical brunch is offered every Sunday, with live performances in the background. A place where you can discover Bordeaux in a different way.
