Gault&Millau's review 2025

Inaugurated this spring, this new 4-star hotel in Bordeaux is already proving a big hit with guests, with 61 spacious 1950s-style rooms, some with extended balconies and small terraces. On the first floor, the communal areas are as warm as they are contemporary, with a large bar that's already filling up at after-work hour, and lounges where an ephemeral art gallery is regularly invited to present exhibitions of contemporary art and photography. A tasty restaurant and coworking spaces complete the offer of this new haven, a member of the Hilton group. Located in the Mériadeck district, not far from the old town and Saint-Jean train station, this is a welcome new address for a natural mix of business and leisure customers.
