Remarkable Restaurant At the top of rue Judaïque, you can breathe, let yourself go, trust... Victor Ostronzec is banking on a clientele that loves one-night surprises, surrendering without a second thought to a chef's will. Four courses at lunchtime, five or six in the evening for an unquestionable level of quality with three toques, and from €68 to €135. As the saying goes, regulars come here with their eyes closed. Beautiful cellar, attentive and smiling service.
