Victor Ostronzec, who was Grand de Demain a few years ago, has mastered the art of cruising. Every year he regales us, every year he brings this moment of celebration and fine gastronomy to those who visit him for a little moment of exception. Taking advantage of fashion like the youngsters ("I invite you to trust me"), he imposes blind menus, from €98 to €125, even if it means cutting himself off from a clientele, but the talent is there around well-adjusted seasonal products. To limit the risk, you can also opt for the lunch menu at €42 weekdays and €68 weekends.
