Gault&Millau's review 2025

One of the city's great addresses, and undoubtedly the most luxurious, it's made up of three 18th-century townhouses. Here, guests enjoy timeless refinement, with majestic salons and an imposing glass roof. The decor was designed by Jacques Garcia, whose Second Empire spirit is tempered by luminous, more contemporary grays. The 130 rooms and suites reflect this timeless elegance, with sleek furnishings, luxurious bedding and surprises such as trompe-l'œil Empire drapery fabrics, all opening onto the city's rooftops and, for the lucky few, the Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux.
