Gault&Millau's review2026
An address where culinary poetry and measured prices go hand in hand. In his luminous setting in the Mériadeck district, Scottish chef Daniel Gallacher composes a gustatory score in which each plate tells a story. His recently refurbished den combines sober decor and warm ambience, orchestrated by service that's as attentive as it is smiling. The concise yet eloquent menu celebrates seasonal produce. Semi-cooked tuna flirts with fennel and grapefruit in an aromatic dashi. More daring is the poached cod with white asparagus and kiwi, with a smoky emulsion of rare finesse, before the lamb shoulder confit with carrot dukkah spices, spiced up with a romesco condiment. The delicately sweet finale on rhubarb and hibiscus concludes this gourmet waltz with elegance. Wine cellar predominantly Bordeaux, small selection by the glass.
