Gourmet Restaurant It's not the liveliest corner of town, between the Capucins and the CHU, but our young trio knows how to warm up the atmosphere and deliver a crowd-pleasing performance. The menus live up to their promise, and regulars are already flocking in for the attractive €43 evening menu: Pyrenean trout tandoori labneh ail des ours, veal spinach polenta jus citron confit, rhubarb tart with vanilla ganache. You'll have a great time with the young team, and the patio terrace is an added bonus. Cellar already well stocked.
