Between Belleville and République, this famous Châteaubriand has a timeless ambience and the feel of a neighborhood bistro. Bright and charming, the setting is meticulous, with beautifully crafted plates and cutlery. The inventive cuisine showcases fine produce, with a few risk-taking dishes such as whole cuttlefish with chorizo jus, smoked monkfish BBQ and squash ice cream. The generous cellar and selection of spirits complete a convivial and comfortable experience, where you immediately feel at ease.
