Cosseted Italy instilled with masterful French cuisine: this is the theme of Cécilia and Eugenio, both of whom have passed through Parisian landmarks (Savoy and Alléno for her, Gagnaire and Barbot for him). The place is chic (we're a lion from the "Robert" of yesteryear), the prices ambitious, the Grand Menu imposed in the evening, at €130: Galician veal tartar, scallop gnocchi with miso and smoked paprika, pasta with foie gras butter, pollack with marrow and shellfish, sweetbreads lacquered with anchovy butter... Come at lunchtime to free yourself from this straitjacket and choose from the à la carte menu at your convenience. The wine and food pairing is billed at €80 on the main menu.
