Gault&Millau's review 2026

At Bonne Cadence, in a classic bistro format revisited in 2025, you'll have a great time on the blond-wood tables. You can pick and choose from the A4 plates, which are as much starters as they are main courses: asparagus with Colonnata bacon and black garlic siphon, spinach artichoke ravioli with sage butter or grilled cuttlefish with ajo blanco, grilled kale and Meyer lemon. Tasteful, too, in the well-chosen and recommended glasses.
