Gourmet Restaurant A friendly neo-bistro on the Goncourt side of town, with its klein blue banner and streamlined interior, echoing the codes of the genre (thonet chairs, wood etc.) in a minimalist, contemporary version. The plates follow the same philosophy, with ideas reworked with a contemporary twist, in a popular sharing format. These include scotch egg, cherry tomato and pancetta compote, langoustine, watercress, peach, lemon butter and herbs, grilled octopus, risotto venere, purple carrots and turmeric emulsion, beef flank steak, three-cooked fries and chimichurri sauce, chocolate ganache, apricot and crumble.
