Close to the Canal Saint-Martin, this venue, designed by Dutch agency Nicemakers, will open in December 2019 and is much more than a hotel, as it brings together a café, an art salon-gallery, a concept store, a large courtyard, a rooftop and coworking spaces called "studios". Designed for locals and travelers alike, this atypical space houses 83 rooms and suites with bright colors, contemporary furnishings and large windows overlooking the garden. Every morning, guests sit down to a delicious breakfast in the Café, featuring vintages from the nearby Brûlerie de Belleville, and continue their discovery in the Babines restaurant. Le Grand Quartier also concocts yoga classes on the rooftop every weekend and opens the entire building to locals. As you can imagine, the place is always busy!
