Gourmet Restaurant Fabien and Ana Rimasson keep their chef's hat on at their table in the center of Gap, where the chef offers a high standard of market cuisine. The terrace is particularly pleasant in summer, when you can choose from the slate of the day or the seasonal menu, with grilled red mullet, fish soup and saffron rouille, slow-cooked pike-perch, wild garlic gnocchi, carrot gel and stuffed prairie, a shoulder of lamb from Ancelle confit, pea cream, hummus, chickpeas and cumin, a crunchy tube, honey cream, rhubarb confit with strawberry juice and sea buckthorn sorbet.
