Housed in a charming 18th-century stone building, Nga and Cédric run a pleasant village inn in the heart of the département, in a rural and friendly setting. Of Vietnamese origin, Nga adds a pleasant fusion touch to her recipes, renewing the repertoire: mackerel, lemon cream and beet; cod in an Asian broth and vegetables; veal, baby spelt and leafy carrots; candied pineapple, passion fruit cream and kiwi avocado sorbet. Smiling service.
