At the foot of the slopes, a rustic mountain chalet where guests come to enjoy both the rooms and the traditional pleasures of the chef, who masters his carefully selected products, showcasing them in recipes emblematic of the region. The result is authentic, pleasant and convivial, and justifies the good reputation: wild boar terrine, gratin of Champsaur ravioli with morel mushrooms, Valgaudemar donkey ears, a famous raclette, fine fondues, homemade sorbets with the scents of the region.
