Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of Beaupassage, Yannick Alléno signs a 100% Japanese menu in this place without personality. A great chef taming a culture he knows well, as demonstrated by Abysse's four toques at the Pavillon Ledoyen. In a room oriented towards the open kitchen, we discover small but gourmet starters: sea bass usuzuki and karaage or a very good half-cooked beef tataki, before moving on to the umami-packed main courses. Whether it's fish such as cod, sea bass or shrimp, or meat such as duck, pork or beef, the cooking is just right and the Japanese style is respected, with welcome French touches. The small wine list is rounded out by a selection of sakes.
