Gault&Millau's review2026
Three addresses in Paris, mostly in the nicer neighborhoods, and a shared success: without being staggering, the pizzas are good and fresh with good ingredients, and the staff are super involved, friendly and available. The puttanesca and the pericolosa with nduja are our favorites, but a simple margherita is also a good choice, before or after the bresaola tonnata or the grilled octopus.
