Gault&Millau's review 2026

Discreet and consistent, this quiet restaurant on rue Saint-Simon doesn't disappoint. Neither the regulars, nor the passing customer, who is logically seduced by a menu that doesn't cheat, mastery of gesture and choice of products: tartare of yellowtail with citrus and tagetes, lamb confit with white bean purée in a ginger and honey brown beer sauce, lemon basil millefeuille or the much sought-after chocolate soufflé. Lunch menu at €38 for starter, main course or dessert.
