Gault&Millau's review 2025

A hotel restaurant that also provides a coherent offering on the edge of town, in pleasantly comfortable conditions. The menu is bistronomic, rather short, but well mastered by a skilful chef: bao with salmon curry and Chinese cabbage, poultry supreme, pressed cabbage and potato with forest sauce, celery and vanilla, in risotto and confit, in a €35.90 menu. Rhone cellar, good choice of wine by the glass, mainly organic.
