Gourmet Restaurant Modernity, of course, but also taste in the cuisine of Marion Franzè who, along with her husband Ben, has obtained the title of Maître Restaurateur for the house. Access is convenient, the dining room welcoming, and the menu both simple and sophisticated: fine tart, fennel confit, cod ceviche, beef pot au feu, winter vegetables and gribiche, brioche tiédie, crème verveine tea-infused ice cream. A connoisseur's cellar, well inspired by the southern Rhône (Les Entrefaux, Les Bosquets in Gigondas, Gallety en Vivarais...), with a friendly atmosphere.
