At the entrance to the city center, Ben and Marion Franzé run one of the city's most interesting bistros, with a contemporary, lounge-like decor that lends itself equally well to candlelit dinners and business lunches. The menu revisits the classics: escargot cromesquis, poultry juice foam, fennel seeds, tangy jelly and turnip fermentation, a two-cooked beef sirloin, fried breadcrumbs, chimichurri concentrate and aromatic condiment, a chocolate entremet, orange feuillantine praline and campari. Bistronomic menu at €52.
