Gault&Millau's review 2025

A perfect extension to the gastronomic restaurant Le Clair de la Plume, this 18th-century building has all the hallmarks of the latter. Thirteen rooms (some of them communicating for families) offer the same unostentatious refinement, with their clean lines and beautiful contemporary bathrooms. Below, the Mediterranean garden unveils its collection of fruit trees and flower beds, just a stone's throw from the swimming pool with its terrace and deckchairs. You'll be able to laze for hours at this Collectionneurs member address, before setting off to discover the Château de Grignan and its cobbled streets, where the spirit of Madame de Sévigné still floats..
