Gault&Millau's review 2025

At the foot of the Château de Grignan, so dear to Madame de Sévigné, this establishment is housed in a charming 18th-century Provencal house. Converted into a hotel in 1999, it has been skilfully restored while retaining its period furniture, which still decorates the rooms today, distilling all the charms of French elegance. This refinement is also evident in the delightful garden and the former kitchen, now transformed into a breakfast room. Just around the corner, the owners decided to invest in a village house offering 26 equally pleasant rooms and suites, before inaugurating a third location, "Le Jardin Méditerranéen", a romantic pavilion with an organic swimming pool and a view of the majestic Château de Grignan. This stopover, a member of the Collectionneurs, is ideal for prolonging the discovery of the gastronomic table.
