Prestige Hotel At the foot of the Château de Grignan, this hotel is housed in a delightful 18th-century Provencal house, once owned by the Canadian ambassador. Converted into a hotel in 1999, it has been skilfully restored but retains its period furniture, which still decorates the rooms today, distilling all the charms of French elegance. This refinement can also be found in the delightful garden or the former kitchen, transformed into a dining room for breakfast. But it gets even better, as the owners have decided to invest in a nearby village house offering equally pleasant rooms and suites, before inaugurating a third venue, "Le Jardin Méditerranéen", a romantic pavilion with an organic swimming pool and a view of the majestic Château de Grignan, dear to Madame de Sévigné. This stopover, a member of the Collectionneurs, is an ideal way to extend the discovery of the eponymous gourmet table, led by Julien Allano.
