Gault&Millau's review 2025

A classic stopover in the capital of Vivarais, at the entrance to the village. The Marché menu has its fans (a good caillette as a starter, for example) and the overall prices are reasonable: good homemade poultry terrine with chanterelle mushrooms, venison mouse with wine merchant sauce and gratin dauphinois, dessert of apple and vanilla ice cream, in a well-kept setting of parquet flooring and stone walls.
