Gault&Millau's review 2026

A farmhouse and bistro annex of Glenn Viel's Clair de Plume, the Chapouton bistro is a more relaxed affair, always with a good dose of inventiveness. The menu is playful, with ideas that renew the register, such as mullet crudo, iodized broth and bottarga, scallops in a crust, sweet potato and truffle cream, duck breast, Jerusalem artichokes and blueberry jus, revisited floating island, mango and revisited custard with amber rum. Lunch menu at €41.50.
