Gault&Millau's review 2025

Just 10 km from Montélimar, this 14th-century bastide once served as a stopover for pilgrims. It has been refurbished, but its sense of hospitality remains intact, with its wooded park overgrown with flowers, its fountains and its heated outdoor swimming pool inviting you to the gentlest of relaxations. A luxurious and serene stopover, the estate also offers the refinement of its 21 recently restored rooms and 4 suites, combining old-fashioned tiled floors with modern comforts, including flat-screen TVs and spacious bathrooms. An authentic and generous Provencal art de vivre, which also presides over the spirit of the gourmet restaurant, led by chef Johan Thyriot, or the Bistro 270, headed by Cédric Guillaumin.
