Today's bistro address in the center of the village, this is where friends and locals meet, and where we recommend you stop by if you're passing through. For its elegance, its friendly atmosphere and the chef's sophisticated dishes, there's no shortage of reasons to (re)visit. You'll remember the beautiful salmon carpaccio with pan massala and citrus fruits, the skate wing au gratin with parmesan and risotto with shellfish jus, the grilled duck breast with creamy polenta and seasonal vegetables, and the savarin with candied apples and raspberries. Good value at €28.
