Lovers of Catalan recipes swear by Michel Védrines' local cuisine, served facing the sea in the dining room of the Hôtel des Elmes. Seduced by the refinement of the premises, many decide to extend their stay by putting down their suitcases in one of the 31 luminous rooms and suites, most with delightful terraces opening onto the patio or the sea. The house also offers the services of its spa, designed by the Philippe Pous workshop. On the program: Jacuzzi, sensory shower, hammam, sauna, not forgetting massages and exceptional marine treatments by Phytomer.
