Gault&Millau's review2026
Nicolas and Ingrid Ventelon, who have worked in some of the world's top restaurants (Ritz, Tour d'Argent), have returned to the foothills of the Albères to open their own market table and guesthouse. It's a cosy, family-run address, with a gentle atmosphere and a pretty garden terrace, where the chef reinterprets bistro classics, such as onion soup and ravioli, mirror egg and mushroom duxelle, Jerusalem artichoke and hazelnut cream, peach return and langoustine emulsion, Pyrenean chuck steak with beef carrots, citrus nage, lemon, bergamot and almond cream.
