It's a beautiful Catalan house a few kilometers from Perpignan, just opposite the famous Byrrh cellars. Chef David Vincent's reinterpretation of local traditions can be found on a €62 menu: cannelloni with morel mushrooms, fine stuffing au gratin with aged Parmesan, creamy risotto with scallops, grilled hazelnuts and pancetta chips, roast duck breast with blueberry sauce and Maury wine, poached rum baba with citrus syrup and mascarpone cream.
