Gault&Millau's review2025
Located just opposite the famous Byrrh cellars, in this village a few minutes from Perpignan, the restaurant has been serving traditional dishes for almost twenty years, and boasts a front terrace. In the kitchen, David Vincent aims for the right register, with familiar dishes that appeal to families, from grilled squid with parsley, gizzard confit salad, sole meunière and pan-fried mousseline, a poultry cassolette with Byrrh, grilled duck breast, apples in duck fat, a crème brûlée with Catalan touron.
