In this small village not far from Argelès, this contemporary design bistro, with its Scandinavian furniture and uncluttered, slightly rustic space, has a local reputation that's not lacking in arguments. Here, the chef creates a market plate that defends his terroir, and we return for a balanced and interesting menu, the starter of semi-cooked salmon, mango and pine nuts, the luxurious whole lobster, the classic fillet of beef with pepper sauce, the lemon-strawberry tart and basil coulis.
