In the center of a charming Catalan village, Laura and Anthony Garcia's table is the local rendez-vous, a friendly address in the central square. The chef combines Catalan terroir with contemporary bistronomy in a reasonable seasonal menu, priced at €36. In the same spirit, leek fondue clafoutis, agata mousse with olive oil and fried sprouts, cod steak au gratin with Catalan black pudding, cep aioli and crushed potatoes with laurel oil, black angus tournedos, butternut velvet, rosemary reduction and matured tomme foam. Friendly service.
