Gault&Millau's review 2025

Set high above the town, this perfect refuge offers guests one of the finest views of the Bay of Collioure, with the violet waters of the Mediterranean as a backdrop. The view can be enjoyed from the vast terrace and gardens that slope down to the sea, or from one of the 18 rooms and suites with balcony or terrace. Each room boasts a luminous, refined décor that celebrates natural materials - wood, wicker, rattan and terracotta floors. Last but not least, Mamma, the delicious restaurant where chefs Antoine Cormoretto and Denny Imbroisi concoct fresh Mediterranean cuisine, accompanied by excellent Roussillon wines.
