An astonishing table on the shores of Lake Annecy, near the Marquisats beach, where chef Damien Decelle offers a modern, aesthetic experience. The space is distributed between a counter facing the open kitchen, and a room next door, where you can discover an almost Japanese minimalism, with light wood and immaculate white. The plates contrast in color, with slash offerings: soft-boiled egg / sweet potato / sunflower pesto and arugula, wild sea bass / cabbage and buckwheat / herb emulsion and citrus condiment, Dombes duckling / beet purée / roasted carrots, or an apple tatin, shortbread and verbena custard.
