It's one of the outsiders on this very gourmet street. This no-nonsense Mazette offers a plump slate, with plenty of choice in every line, and a cuisine that holds its own, accessible to both tourists and slightly demanding eaters: beef tongue carpaccio and condiments, pike quenelle bisque langoustine, marcassin baeckeoffe au gratin with pig's trotters, baba au rhum crème montée mascarpone.
