Gault&Millau's review 2025

On this pretty square opposite the Palais de l'Isle in the heart of the old town, Laurent Jeannot enjoys an ideal location to deploy his ideas. The house is rather bourgeois, but the cuisine is contemporary. The locavore menu is a good idea, with ham and comté cromesquis, fillet of Annecy féra à la reine des prés, or a chocolate sweet from the Roseaux du Lac patisserie. Suitable cellar.
