Gault&Millau's review 2026

In the Rue des Restaus, these Chineurs have managed to progress and stabilize their offering, both in terms of quality of service and cuisine. A toque this year for the variety, between regionalism and modernity, and the quality of the dishes: marrow bone, poached egg with cep meurette sauce, crozets with diots, kidneys flambéed in port wine, lamb shoulder confit with rosemary for two. Classic desserts and a small, varied wine cellar.
