Gault&Millau's review 2025

This quasi-emblem, the last witness to the city's Belle Époque, has welcomed some of the world's greatest names. Indestructible, despite the vicissitudes of history, the Imperial remains one of the finest hotels on the lakeshore. The establishment boasts 90 rooms and 12 suites with contemporary decor, no fewer than 3 restaurants overlooking the lake (La Table de l'Impérial, Le Salon and Le Riva), not to mention the Cristal Spa with swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness room and 6 treatment rooms, a casino and some 20 meeting rooms.
