Chef's Restaurant All he has to do is look out the window! Yes, Eric Prowalski is as lucky as he is talented. All he has to do is open his eyes and admire the landscape from the windows of this almost mythical house on the Annécian scene. At the foot, the marvellous lake, peaceful and majestic; then the town, full of character, and also of discerning gourmets; further on, fields, hills, farms: and then the mountain, which dominates everything. Indeed, there's plenty to inspire you and combine terroirs, farm eggs and iodized flavors, potatoes and undergrowth, mullet and current beans, pigeon and beet... The only thing you might appreciate is that the menus fit together to give a rather short menu and a slightly wider variety of dishes, but the mastery is there, the view magnificent and the service impeccable. A fine wine list covering all regions, including Savoie.
