Gault&Millau's review2026
Adjacent to the illustrious La Pyramide restaurant, a must-visit address for Isérois locals, the Henriroux family, its chef and his team, offer a simple, effective bistronomic menu at L'Espace PH3. The gourmet plates are accessible and very well prepared, which helps to lighten up the somewhat cramped service. We appreciate the duck confit, quinoa, mango and passion fruit with roasted almonds, which is a little dry, as well as the leg of lamb braised in a gentle 7-hour cooking with coconut beans, in interesting combinations. For dessert, the toasted buckwheat millefeuille with salted butter caramel, a gourmet nod to Brittany, makes a fine exit. The rather inventive daily specials on the €32 lunch menu are well worth a look (a very pleasant ling brandade with preserved lemon the other day). A small wine list for the bistro section, where each wine can be served by the glass. If they wish, customers can choose a more prestigious bottle from the immense cellar forged by Patrick Henriroux.
