A pretty bourgeois restaurant on the banks of the Rhône south of Lyon, Philippe and Maryse's refined setting is ideal for special occasions and business. The place is intimate, and the table setting serious; the chef prepares gourmet French cuisine, divided into three menus at €35, €49 and €69. The median menu includes langoustines thermidor, celery and green apples with tarragon, cod steak, Colonnata bacon, venerated rice and pike caviar sauce, farm-raised veal steak, stewed chard, morels and potatoes. Cellar to match.
