Chef's Restaurant The site is superb, on the banks of the Rhône and at the foot of the famous hill covered with the prestigious Condrieu vines. In the restaurant, with its huge bay windows overlooking the river, chefs Ludovic Mounier and Maxime Proia are committed to reviving classic dishes such as pike mousse and lobster cream, crayfish tail and watercress jus, saddle of lamb stuffed with trumpets of death, potato pressé with truffle oil and syrah cacao jus, in a fine menu that concludes with a gourmet caramel cream, sablé cacao and chocolate ice cream.
