Chef's Restaurant Those who are nostalgic for the past will recall the heyday of Le Beau Rivage, from the 60s to the 80s, when this former "ginguette" was one of the finest restaurants in the Rhône Valley. It's not quite the same nowadays, but the magic remains, fuelled by that special spirit and unmistakable charm of a restaurant with a long tradition. The cuisine reflects this classic spirit, with sole meunière, pike quenelle and lobster, and fillet of beef with celery and pommes grenailles. Very reasonable prices, very classic cellar.
