Sponsored This recently opened pizzeria offers you an immersion in the heart of Italy. Warm and welcoming, decorated with dried peppers, garlic cloves and cases of wine, this is the place Louis-Paul and Robin have fashioned just a stone's throw from the pretty town of Rennes. A menu of Neapolitan pizzas, with an ephemeral discovery every month and seasonal suggestions. The two chefs like to reproduce traditional Neapolitan recipes in their creations. Inspired by the Genovese Napoletana, the chefs have created a pizza with ragout of shredded beef, onion confit, basil and onion pickles, or, like the Parmigiana, a pizza with grilled eggplant, caviar, arugula, pecorino, basil oil and croutons, typical southern Italian flavors. The desserts are surprising and original, like the tiramisù with chocolate crunch and fleur de sel, not forgetting the creamy vanilla rice pudding with salted butter caramel and puffed rice. Tasty creations to enjoy in the dining room, on the terrace in the sunshine or to take home.
