Gourmet Restaurant Introducing the Ima next door, Yoko is the antechamber to Julien Lemarié's ideas, a revisited izakaya and the fruit of the chef's travels. This lover of Japan has imagined a Franco-Nipponese experience of the highest standard, with compositions featuring new seasonings and impeccable technique, leek in miso with mustard and katsuobushi, okonomiyaki, barbecued guinea fowl, pumpkin and fermented cabbage, brioche revisited with arugula and nori. Well-informed cellar (Lapierre, Gramenon, Marc Pesnot...).
