It's a charming place to spend a weekend, and to enjoy the cuisine of Nicolas Briand, who, without seeking to revolutionize the local gastronomic scene, is above all concerned with bringing people together around a carefully-crafted cuisine that takes few risks, such as the perfect egg, eggplant with miso and pink onions, the lovely roast supreme of duckling, potimarrons and salted praline, and the revisited choco-caramel religieuse with Tonka vanilla ice cream.
