Gault&Millau's review 2026

You're promised something brutal, and in the end, it's a rather gentle sign on the copious rue du Hâ. With contemporary cuisine that's committed enough to include fried veal brain in dashi broth and smoked eel, line-caught bonito in hibiscus broth, roasted beet with strawberry and shiso, strawberry and elderflower, and almond financier for a sequence that's not lacking in allure, at around €50.
